If a member is not going to renew their membership, deleting the pending membership renewal is just a click of a button.

Go to Administration > Membership Levels and Renewals. Click or tap the View Outstanding button.

To delete the pending membership renewal, click the Delete button in the row you'd like to delete.

You'll be prompted to confirm the deletion.

If the member needs to removed from the active list, you can do that at the same time by selecting "Yes". They will be made inactive immediately.

Click the Delete button. You'll be taken back to the Outstanding Membership Renewals page.
